Mr. Kelley sent an email via the COB E-Government web site form stating that there is a line of sight problem at the intersection of Walnut Street Pike & Winslow Road. He states that a large treet obstructs the view of a driver turning east onto Winslow. Mr. Kelley would like to be emailed the status of this complaint after an inspection is completed.

Utilities notified the fire department that Southern Winds has re-routed domestic water to a fire line. Usage has been high on the fire line and they will be back-billed to Jan. 1997. Utilities want inspector to check it out to make sure that the fire systems are safe.

Ms. Young is reporting unsightly weeds and trash at 823 W. 7th Street as well as trimmings and brush that have not been removed. The vegetation and debris detract from the overall tidiness of the neighborhood and may compromise public health by attracting unwanted pests.
