Daphne called and reported an unhoused camp that has popped up at the abandoned Arby's property. She reported there is excessive trash.
Phone call to HAND re: trash and mattress in alley between 1004 and 1006 S Palmer has been left for several months. The caller said he lives next door and saw the person who lives at 1004 S Palmer put it out in the alley.
Sycamore Neighborhood indicated concerns with this property. Resource Specialist Presslaff indicated the property being vacant but several unlocked and opened doors.
Excessive growth at a seemingly abandoned property, hole in the front door and animals residing in the residence.
There is a growing pile of garbage behind and alongside the house of 501 S. Mitchell. This adjoins a walkway that links two parts of Hunter Ave and it's just above a waterway that feeds into Jordan River. Reporter is concerned about rats and other sanitation issues that could occur if left untreated.
