Junk and Trash in front of house, porch and back yard. Tree sticks, weeds and trash are never moved, or cleaned up.
The line of sight problem is at the intersection of Heather Drive and the east leg of Laurel Court. When you travel south on Laurel Court and approach the intersection with Heather Drive, there is no stop sign on the right side and the stop sign on the left side is obstructed by tree branches. Please see attached letter.
Ms. Anton wrote the Council concerned about flyers being placed on her door. She was worried that if they were placed while she was away burlars would know that no one was home. She wanted to know whether we had or would consider an ordinance prohibiting the use of flyers. Do we have any regulations regarding the use of door hanger notices?

This property is an abandoned building project. It has an open pit that needs to be filled, trash to picked up, property maintained, and electirical wires disconnected. Children play near this site often and it is very unsafe for anyone to be around.
A letter was received from Max Wildman of the Happy Car Full Service Car Wash regarding a disconnect notice he received for August and September. On this billing was a miscellaneous charge of $540.00. Mr. Wildman feels this is a harsh penalty.
