Citizen called about tree across the street from her residence. Tree is enormous by her standards and a potential hazard for a single family rental adjacent to tree. By her summation the tree is a "when it falls" as opposed to an "if it falls." Can we, should we do anything?

Mattresses outside. Property owner scheduled sanitation to pick up, but due to condition of mattresses, it was stated they are not going to touch them.
