Citizen stated that sticker was on trash but Sanitation crews did not pick up. Larry Barker went out to take a look and talked with crews. There was not a sticker on the trash when the crews went through early a.m.
Other/other: Leaf bags in driveway - not his! customer called confused & just wants picked up. May already have. If so disregard
RAY BUHLES OF FLORIBUNDA LAWN CARE CALLED TO SAY THAT WHEN HE DUG DOWN ABOUT 18", HE GOT ABOUT 6" OF WATER.
Mrs. Chase wanted to make the Council aware of the rate increase she received from Insight. Mrs Chase stated that Insight did not supply "any better programs" with the rate increase. Mrs. Chase would like to know "what citizens can do about it."
Having serious flooding in the ditch in front of his house caused by development occuring at E 3rd St. & Smith Rd. Large culvert under his drive (3' diameter) is failing. He says it is in the City right-of-way.
