This tenants grass is over a foot tall.
THERE IS HIGH GRASS, MORE THAN A FOOT.
There is several untagged, unsealed trash bags blowing around. A group from " Adopt-a-road" tried to clean it up but could not get it all. They just want it checked out, & possibly cleaned up.
Residents leave trash cans and bags out for trash pick up all the time, and continue to add more trash to the mess.
Residents were late sitting their garbage out, so it wasn't picked up. The bag is still there and animals have broken the bag open and scattered trash.
Trash piling up at the side of the house.
TENANTS DO NOT PUT TRASH OUT FOR PICKUP. TRASH ACCUMULATES IN BACKYARD. TREE LIMBS IN FRONT YARD ON THE GROUND, TRASH IN FRONT YARD.
Rotting garbage thrown out back door, was in trash bags, but they have been eaten open by vermin, which is now present in the neighborhood.
This is a brick duplex. Owner is Patterson. Handled by Ming Enterprises. Yard is unmowed, and garbage sitting out. This is at 8th and Woodburn.
