WEDNESDAY LARGE ITEM PICK-UP. other/other: She is disabled unable to break down boxes (she has 3-4) can she put out as large item pick-up and city take. she has no one to breakdown.
Was assured she would get to adopt puppy she saved from road if no one claimed it. Now finds she'll have to compete with others for puppy. Jim Lang wouldn't take time to speak to her and clerk at front desk hung up on her.

Bryan Park-Henderson: re: Bridge. Board is broken, just hanging, metal rod out of hinges on tall metal slide, she fixed it but it needs tightened. Blood on basketball court. Concerned about safety issues.
wouldn't give name. Winslow Park women's restroom. The woman who called in was in the restroom when a young (@ 24 years) man, tall & thin, came in. He was wearing a P & R shirt. He did not knock or announce himself. When the woman told him that "this is the women's restroom and there are people in here" he stated that he did not care and that he had a job to do. There were girls from Bedford in there changing clothes in the open area inside the restroom. More details on Citizen report.

Foster went to License Branch, Tuesday, May 12 & while there questioned license branch procedure. Employee he questioned called Police, and BPD officer asked Foster to lv and not return. Foster claims he is not unreasonable and wants to know why license branch employee's word was taken over his. He is going out of town tomorrow & can't get his license plates.
