Complained of a series of potholes at the end of his driveway and rough patches down the street outside of residence at 2728 E. Brigs Bend. He wanted to emphasize that this area has been patched nearly every year for the past 5 years, and the patching crumbles and is worn away within weeks. Two inches of an old parking meter post is protruding through the ground in the grassy area between street and sidewalk on 100 North Lincoln on the west side of the street. This is about 30 to 40 feet from the intersection of Kirkwood and Lincoln. This post needs to be removed.

Claire, explained that the sidewalk at the northeast corner of the intersection of 4th/Maple has a pool of water on it because the adjacent storm drain is too high.
Constituent (Phil Eskew, 812-327-5360) called to complain of overgrowth along the Polly Grimshaw Trail, near Eastgate Lane. I confirmed the problem with a site visit. Can crews be sent to cut back overgrowth?
