at Westfield and Willis someone has moved one of the no parking signs resulting in parking into the line of sight. Additionally, a guardrail on Westfield has been damaged and a dangerous I-beam is standing causing a hazard. Called in this morning to report that the sidewalk in the entry to the parking lot behind Wonderlab has a raised lip that is hard to see at night and causes people to trip over. The caller mentioned that his girlfriend had tripped over it the night before and it hurt her.
