The citizen who called in stated that there are 6 bags of trash in front of this residence and that they do not have trash stickers on them. She has called in before about this address and was told to call back when the problem happened again. She could not remember who she talked to before.

alley by 1201 has trees growing over the sidewalk and at the corner of 16th and Madison the overgrowth is really bad
Caller's mom lives across alley and is 97. Weeds at 606 are so overgrown they have pushed the retaining wall out into the alley & mom is trying to pick blocks up. Also "5 or 6 IU students" living there; occupant load is 3.
