neighbor phoned in that resident has rodents, trash, overgrown grass. Neighbor stated that she has called in complaint's many times prior but feels nothing is being done to remedy the problem. She stated she has called Habitat, HAND, Sanitation and BPD and feels as though no one is going out to enforce City Code on this resident.

Complaintant states that trash from dumpster blows from adjacent property (2942 S. Old St. Rd. 37) blocking the storm drain sewer.

Officer Eric Dunn from the Indiana State Police called in and stated that the sidewalk next to BRI'S property on the west side of the street just north of the RR tracks is very overgrown with vegetation.
