Trash problem at this address, it is atracting animals. They are also blocking a public alley and it is poss. overoccupied. The Citizen who called stated that one of the tenants said that there was 4 people living there.
Sanitation reports that there is trash piled in front of this house and there are no stickers on the trash. There have been no stickers for the past five weeks.
Neighbor says house # is hard to read -- is not sure if it is 906 or 908. Building debris scattered around yard, couch in front of house, house is vacant.
TALL GRASS, WEEPING WILOW TREE OVERGROWN IN TO THE SIDEWALK, THERE IS A LARGE HOLE BY THE SIDE WALK.
The house next to 801 W. Kirkwood has trash and junk on it. They have also put up a wall on the property of 801 W. Kirkwood that needs to be removed.
The neighbor states that there is a great deal of trash in the backyard. They have tried to talk to the owner of the property but it has not helped. They are concerned about animals getting in to the trash and getting it everywhere.
Mr. Smith called regarding a problem with overgrown bushes on the sw corner of 15th and Woodburn. He also said that there is an old blue Dodge PU with expired tags that is blocking the stop sign. Because of the bushes and the pu, lots of people run this stop sign.
Bushes and tree limbs are hanging over onto the sidewalk. The grass is to high and there is a hole next to the sewer.
