Broadview resident called to complain about rental property across the street from 2508 S. Ford Avenue has an overgrown lawn, including cockle burrs.
120 S. Grant St. Poison ivy adjacent to sidewalk.
Tall weeds on vacant lot corner of Gourley Pike and Cascades Ave.
Oliver Frye owns and lives in 101 w pinewood. He has given permission to go onto his property. The property next to his garage (2942 s walnut) has a dumpter over a storm drain and it get clogged up with trash when it rains. 2942 is owned by Chris Bomba. The drain is behind Mr. Frye's garage.
Agent called in complaint on tenant in unit B, place is full of trash and owner is concerned about HVAC ventilation.
huge pile of trash in front of 707 E. 8th St. has been there for several weeks and is now attracting rodents.
Field next to 2610 S. Banta (2604?) reportedly not mowed in a while.
Resident reports tall grass in what she thinks is 807 S. West Pointe Court. It is directly behind 808 S. Larkspur. Permission to enter Larkspur to view the grass is given if needed.
Mr. Barnett called to complain about high grass at the property at the corner of Pinehurst and Rockport Road
