Called to report a rat infestation in Kensington/Hyde Park. She has 22 rat holes in her yard alone. Someone from MoCo Public Health came out recently, after Ms. Nephew called that department, and found rat holes on 8 properties across 3 streets, minimally. I suggestd that Ms. Nephew contact both Animal Control and HAND because there's an ongoing issue with her neighbor leaving out birdfeed, debris and composting materials that are likely feeding the rats. There are large pine trees along the street that have grown over into the street making it hard to see on coming vehicles.
Shrubs have over grown the sidewalk and are covering more than half of it.
Bushes have over grown the sidewalk.
