College Mall Road & Eastland Plaza. Citizen states pedestrian can't be seen walking from Plaza across College Mall Road to the Mall. Bushes obstruct view. Potholes, Other Street Repair

Case Date:
11/18/2013

I had a voice mail stating that the caller was apparently transferred to the wrong department but perhaps I could send information to appropriate department. The caller stated that they were calling regarding the street cut on College just south of 10th Street. Caller advised the "road cut was absolutely ridiculous" and "needs to be fixed". There was no name/number left on voice mail.
