Utilities workers were out doing work last year and the hole they dug to work on utilities was never filled in. She reported the hole last year, but it was not resolved. The hole is in the median between the street and the sidewalk. It appears like it is has started collapsing.
Property next door, appears abandoned, door open, becoming an issue with the homeless and wild animals.

Complaint of traffic light timing on W. 3rd St. between College Ave. and Rogers St. When busy, the timing of lights only allows very few cars to go at all due to backup caused by the alternating green/red of every other light. Not sure if there's anything that can be done about this issue.
