Received a complaint from Julia Tobin at 4307 E. Bill Mallory Blvd regarding a 6" hole near the neighborhood mailboxes at the end of her driveway. It appears to be a location for fiber optics(?). She called AT&T but they said it was the city's issue. She's concerned that this hole could cause an injury. Who needs to be contacted to take care of this hole? Her ph# 812-345-3399. John Adams (812.325.0499) called to ask to speak with the mayor directly regarding his frustration with mud all over the road at 11th and Walnut.

I had a voice mail stating that the caller was apparently transferred to the wrong department but perhaps I could send information to appropriate department. The caller stated that they were calling regarding the street cut on College just south of 10th Street. Caller advised the "road cut was absolutely ridiculous" and "needs to be fixed". There was no name/number left on voice mail.

The sidewalk that runs along the west side of North Kinser Pike btwn Acuff Road and Rosewood Drive is overgrown with shrubs/grass. It is becoming very difficult to walk on the sidewalk. The main problem is closer to Rosewood Drive.

The sidewalk that runs along the south side of Acuff Road btwn North Kinser Pike & Rosewood Drive is overgrown with grass/shrubs. The sidewalk is behind the row of trees.
