Bicycle rack has been moved next to the sidewalk causing the bicycles to be half-way on the sidewalk.
Tim called to state that the 500 Block of South Lincoln area residents leave their trash containers on the sidewalk days after their collection day which is Monday. This makes it difficult for pedestrian to travel safely!

Trash sitting out without stickers for more than a week. The house west of 425 E. University has ground cover that has grown over the sidewalk.
Bags of trash; overflowing cans of trash on the sidewalk on the University side of the house. Possible unregistered rental.
There is broken glass all over the street and sidewalk.
Citizen stated that the recycling was not picked up yesterday and now it is all over the sidewalk making it difficult for pedestrians to walk through this area. This address was left a notice by sanitation crews that the recycling was not sorted and that there was trash mixed in with it.
notice left for non-recyclable items; citizen called and said everything was ; asked that we pick up recycling; on 11/20 M. Bey checked recycling - bin contained uncleaned jars/cans, as well as food and other non-recyclable items. Bey also stated that there was garbage all over yard and sidewalk. Bey called McCormick and tried to explain how to properly sort items; McCormick told him to just leave the recycling alone and she'd move it. Bey requested it be forwarded to HAND
ADDRESS APPROX: TIM REPORTS THAT A LARGE PORTION OF A TREE ON HENDERSON JUST NORTH OF THE INTERSECTION OF 1ST STREET HAS FALLEN AND IS BLOCKING THE SIDEWALK.
