Recycling: Request
Phone Call: notice left for non-recyclable items; citizen called and said everything was ; asked that we pick up recycling; on 11/20 M. Bey checked recycling - bin contained uncleaned jars/cans, as well as food and other non-recyclable items. Bey also stated that there was garbage all over yard and sidewalk. Bey called McCormick and tried to explain how to properly sort items; McCormick told him to just leave the recycling alone and she'd move it. Bey requested it be forwarded to HAND
