Email: I am a resident of the south Jordan neighborhood. There appears to be a major fence being added to the property located at 516 S. Jordan. Are there regulations regarding fences? From the looks of the initial layout, it appears that it could be in violation of setback and possibly other zoning ordinances. It might be worthwhile to keep an eye on the scope of this project. This property recently changed ownership and the new owner may not be aware of local regulations.
