There are weeds/bushes/vines growing onto the sidewalk.

Ms. O'donnell states that the vines and weeds at this location have over grown the sidewalk
Trash left on the sidewalk and animals have torn the trash apart.
There are tree limbs and bushes overhanging the sidewalk causing a "tunnel" effect. The trees and bushes are also blocking a warning sign for the Fire Station plus a traffic regulatory sign.
Residents leave trash cans out on sidewalk.
Vacant lot next door to Ms Lyman's property needs the sidewalk cleaned off so pedestrians can use.
Residents are not using the dumpster; trash on the sidewalk and in the corner by the front porch.
Bush obstructing large section of sidewalk from 316 to 320 E. 7th Street. HAND inspector feels complaint not valid, however, feels it definitely is valid.
