Mr. Madsen called to express his concern about the efficiency of tax money on the sidewalk sweeper the City just purchased. sidewalk torn up in the 300 block, in front of Taco Bell (think by gas company) and was never repaired. Has been out for awhile and is a hazard to pedestrians (Carol I also think they did not repair the sidewalk next to Alice's house on Morton and 10th. You may want to address both of these walks with them)

During the last storm part of a tree on this property fell across the sidewalk and has not been moved. Students are having to walk out in the street to get around it.
