The sidewalk in front of 720 gets covered wiwth sand each time it rains. It appears that the curb at the eastern alley does not keep the water in the gutter as it is supposed to.
The property across from her house has bags of trash and glass containers in the yard. They do not use trash stickers on the bags and they have them just sitting there. Also, the property next to her has two bags of trash on the sidewalk that has been there for approximately 3 weeks. They do not have trash stickers on them. They people seem to do this on a regular basis.
limestone blocks fell off retaining wall and into the sidewalk
A TREE HAS BEEN CUT UP, AND THE LIMBS WERE PLACED BETWEEN THE SIDEWALK AND THE ROAD.
The street and sidewalk have been built up in this area so far that the water cannot drain into the street.
There are tree limbs hanging over the sidewalk between 1202 & 1204 S. Madison Street. You can not even walk on the sidewalk due to the limbs. The citizen did not know which property the tree limbs was from. (Scott work with Jason on this)
A pile of trash (approx. 10 feet long) in the back yard by the sidewalk.
There is a tree down in the yard and the branches are hanging in front of the sidewalk and covering the sidewalk. This is not from the storm.
There has been trash left on the sidewalk for 2 weeks (approximately).
