Mr. Rogers is "disgusted" with BPD. He was arrested 4/14/99 & is unhappy with excessive force used & the way he's been treated by dept. since. He's made consistent requests for his police rpt. ever since his court date. Everyone he came into contact w/ at BPD has not been helpful. He wants to know what can be done. Caller was told that the City is responsible for this raod by someone at the county highway superintendent's office. Dust from road is bothering caller's parents, the Johnson family, and killing vegetation.
