Phone Call: Mr. Tarter had info. to pass on to a detective reg. a crime and says the dispatch office was rude to him when he was trying to help. Tarter continued to call and put through to the same recording and says after the third time the dispatcher, who refused to give his name, called him an "idiot." Tarter then wanted to speak to the dispatch supervisor who denied that the rude behavior took place and told him he would have to speak with Chief Kennedy.
