Phone Call: Caller is outraged that the program @ the Banneker Center has been eliminated. His child, Rory, cried when he was told the news. Doesn't feel that this was discussed w/user group. Child is in 3rd grade @ Fairview. Father will be contacting his Council rep. Feels this was very irresponsible.
