Phone Call: Mrs. Werner called in regard to the Halloween activities that are provided by the City. She really liked the "Enchanted Forest", and feels that the current events scheduled center too much on horror, murder and overall negative ideas for children, especially young children! "When you see what's going on with children/young adults these days, the last thing the City needs to be doing is promoting such evil activity." She would like to see Halloween activities to be more like the "E.F.".
