Phone Call: Farmers Market: Dr. Walcher has gone to the market twice. Both times he saw dogs. This is unacceptable - wants signs posted that this is against board of health regulations. (Dr. Walcher is a retired physician and has worked for the board of health in the past). If the number of pets at the market doesn't improve, he will be very upset.
