Phone Call: He has Starz/Encore/HBO that he pays around $53.00 for. As part of this he receives channels 14 & 34. Channel 34 is not very clear. Upon calling Insight they informed him that these 2 channels would be switching to 78 & 77 and he would need to have a pay box to get the channels. The pay box is an additional $4.00 extra a month. He has 2 remotes that he now has to use for these 2 channels. Why does he have to pay twice for 2 channels? He talked with Insight but they would not give him a cl

The City Telecommunications Council oversees the Bloomington area. The citizen's complaint is in Ellettsville. I talked with Jill in Commissioners Office. I faxed the complaint to her and Insight. I called Mr. Powp back.
