Phone Call: Mr. Johnson adopted a dog and had it in his care for 2 weeks. He rtnd the dog to the shelter b/c he said, "it bit people when it was hit." Denise explained he could not adopt another animal, ever. Denise explained to OOTM that the dogs ribs were showing and that it was obviously not fed and mistreated. He was also very rude to her over the phone. She explained that they had to euthanize the dog, and he is now on a list of people that can no longer adopt pets.
