Other: I live on S. Heritage Rd, Bloomington. My neighbor at 200 prefer to park his vehicles on the street which creates a blind angle for me to see the car turn in from 3rd street. I am not sure if people turn in from 3rd can see me back up clearly. For several times, once I back into the middle of the road, there’s a car right behind me. It’s unimaginable. What is happening? I wonder anything can be done to solve this dangerous situation?
