Cpt. Mike Diekhoff spoke to Mrs. Shook about the situation that occurred, and she seemed satisfied that Officer Gelhausen was going to discuss the incident with his supervisor. Cpt. Diekhoff informed Mrs. Shook about the written complaint procedure and she declined that option feeling satisfied with the course of action that was going to be taken with this particular officer.
