Other: Smoking continues to occur around north CH entrance, trash enclosure, bench/covered rest area, etc. This does not meet the no smoking regulations per city policy or state law. When raining smoking occurs under awnings near entrances and between county and city. Being subjected to this as a resident walking through or a worker walking through is not great. Please address this.

Thank you for your message. Staff have been alerted to remind any smokers of the policy, when we see them (there is also signage). We've already spoken to one person, and we think there may be just a few other regulars. There are several doors in the area that lead to City Hall and County offices. Signage is posted by all, and we'll remind anyone smoking in that area when we see them. However, the bench you mention, and the old bus stop, are actually quite a bit more than 30' from the door and thus are not subject to the rule. Most folks are not bringing a measuring tape with them, of course, but smoking is legal by the sidewalk area by the bench. Thank you again!
