Phone Call: Disappointed that after school programs for her son, age 2 and daughter, age 6, @ the Banneker Center will be discontinued this fall. She spoke with Sherry Franklin, who was very nice and explained the situation -- giving her other possible resources. She now feels unwelcomed in the "community center" and fears programming will be geared only to older children in the future.
