Phone Call: Caller has tried to reach someone at animal shelter for 3 days. Is disgusted with phone system that won't allow him to talk to anyone. (I asked if he left a message--he had not.) He found an animal which he asked shelter to pick up and now he wants to adopt animal but can't reach shelter.) He also feels personnel are rude to him. He did not give name or number but number showing on display was 334-2515 (Bob Evans Restaurant.)
