City Construction Projects: Request
Phone Call: Mr. Sutherland is frustrated and perplexed, that the City has the nerve to take on so many construction projects at one time, especially when all the students are back in town. He had to detour 4 different times just to get to work on the west side of town. He thinks this is very poor planning on the part of the City, and he'd like to know how all of this construction can be scheduled to take place at the same time?
