Phone Call: Betsy called to complain that the Community Kitchen and Shelter across from her and her husband Robert's residence, should not be in a residential area. Police are called REGULARLY for drunkeness and verbal and physical violent behavior. Loitering in and around their property is also a problem. She has spoken with the president of the board (didn't indicate which one) and also directors of both places, but nothing changes.
