Just an update: we've been waiting on contractor availability, and then a part that went missing in shipment, but we're getting closer to a fix.

Thanks for your message. Yes, the issues are related. Both fountains have experienced intermittent issues, and we've identified a leak in the underground water line that feeds them. Technicians will dig out and replace the line in the coming weeks. I'll leave this uReport open until then and let you know when the work has been completed and the fountains are operational again.
