Phone Call: Citizen says she has been trying since beginning of December to get cable tv service. Says she has called TCI (including Scott Cooley and "Larry") and none of her phone calls are returned. Says all they will tell her is that they'll leave a doorhanger when they're ready. She's concerned about storm warnings etc, and thinks she should be able to get cable now, or at least a response from TCI.
