Fire Hazards:

Other: You all need to do something about the homeless camp north of RCA Park. There are vicious dogs and open fires all the time. You all just going to let them burn down all the wooded areas. Why is this okay? You all know about this and do nothing until someone gets hurt or property and woods are destroyed. This is NEGLIGENCE on the part of the city.
