Phone Call: Mr. Johnson complained that he had "somewhat of an animal emergency" but was unable to get through to the Animal Control/Shelter. I talked to the Shelter, and apparently they are short 4 staff members and are very busy. When I said that I'd received a complaint they apologized but said that it was important to leave a message, which the gentelman appraently did not do.
