Las month when she went to the office to pay her rent she asked again to cut the vines that are taking over her deck. The office told they would not be cutting the bushes below because there is a nest of snakes. Left msg at landlord office of appt. at 3:00 on 7/2/2010

Mr. Brown stated that if Insight had competition then an increase would not be issued with out an explanation.
