elderly gentlemen phoned in that he shoveled his walk and a city plow truck went by and put at least 3-4 inches of snow back onto his sidewalk. He is extremely unhappy about this and wanted to file a complaint.

(corner lot) complainant says this is possibly over occupied but Carol just did the cycle on this and says it is the tenant's girlfriends staying over. There are weeds and bushes now growing over the sidewalk. Complaintant cannot get his wheel chair down the street now. Property also has very tall grass.
