The address is not necessarily 425. The citizen stated that the house is on the East side of South Washington Street between Smith Avenue & 2nd Street. The lady who lives there has put out wood/debris with nails sticking out near the sidewalk. There are no stickers on it and he feels that it is a safety issue for pedestrians. He would like for someone to go out and look at the problem.

The neighborhood of Elm Heights is a mess. At the intersection of University and Park, the weeds and bushes cover sidewalks on both sides of the streets. Along Park, bushes cover sidewalk on both sides. Also, the NE corner of Park and 2nd St. the bushes cover the sidewalks.

Mr. Tim called to state that vegetation over growth covering the sidewalk. He veered into the street and was brushed by a car. Also Mr. Tim stated that there appeared to be broken glass on the sidewalk causing a safety hazard.
