Unsecured refrigerator on the sidewalk in front of residence
Bush obstructing large section of sidewalk from 316 to 320 E. 7th Street. HAND inspector feels complaint not valid, however, feels it definitely is valid.
Tree limbs are growing over the sidewalk making it difficult to walk.
There is trash on the sidewalk, front yard, and back yard. It has been there for weeks. There are now cars parked on the front lawn.
(Not sure of exact address) Yellow house at the southeast corner of 6th and Grant--residents are driving over the sidewalk and parking on the lawn to avoid having to get a neighborhood parking sticker. This is a new problem; these folks just moved in. 11/9/98 correct address is 402 E. 6th

Tree branches and shrubs blocking the sidewalk. Causing pedestrians to walk around the obstruction and into the streets.
Beer bottles, cups, trash, litter, etc. on sidewalk mostly on Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday mornings. Caller thinks the employees should pick this up when they close.
Mr. Madsen called to express his concern about the efficiency of tax money on the sidewalk sweeper the City just purchased. He believes the City merchants should sweep their own sidewalks, and in the winter should shovel their own walks to better promote people to use the dowtown area. This was just a general complaint to voice his concern.
