At the house owned by Mrs. Cuffy across from 1608 E. 2nd St. there are branches and Vegetaion cut that are lying on the yard and partially on the sidewalk. The same problem exists at the corner of 2nd and Mitchell facing east side dr. Mr. Pipher would like for whoever does the complaint to call him and let him know who is responsible for the branches.
Mr. Craig believes we own a portion of land located at Thompson Park Dr & Country Side Ln. There are mulberry limbs on sidewalk. Trimmed tree with stacked limbs. He says we need to pick them up.

Grass/Shrubs at 516 W. Dodds are growing out into sidewalk and blocking the path. Also the house across the street from 810 S. Rogers has a large gutter hanging off of the roof and is causing quite an eye sore.

Ms. Vent stated that there is an apartment complex at the corner of Dodds and Henderson as well as a rental property and the the cars are parking on both sides of the street Ms. Vent stated that is there are cars parked there you cannot see to pull out on Henderson Street and if there is a car waiting to pull out you cannot turn on to Dodds. Mr. Price reports he has had 5 rats since neighbors have developed a habit of leaving trash on their back porch. There are 10 32-gal. black bags of trash on the back porch (can't see from the alley without getting out of the car); recycling on the front porch; snow and ice covered sidewalks.
Resident has not removed snow and ice from the sidewalk.
Large dead evergreen tree full of vines falling into sidewalk from commercial property at or near 109 E. Allen which faces Mrs. Geiger's front yard. (John Hewett will drive by and check 7/18/00).
