Larry Williams called into Elizabeth Walter at the Mayor's office to complain about the property at 612 N. Monroe being over run with cats (around 10) and trash. He owns four neighboring properties: 623, 631, 635, 639 N. Monroe. He filed a uReport about this himself over a month ago and said there hasn't been any progress on the matter. I filed this for Animal Control but HAND and Public Works may be interested as well since there is an abundance of trash as well.

Ms. Stidd called Mayor's office to complain about odor coming from Dillman. She says that odor is so bad they cannot sit on front porch. She feels that odor control should be part of the maintenance of the plant.

Dead deer needs to be picked up. Location is an access road right off 3rd Street across from Ryans Steak House. Road runs to the side of the Baker dentist office. (thinks its the 4300 block of E 3rd). Said his wife could not get through to Animal Shelter, but doesn't know if she tried to leave a message.
