Complaint of overgrowth from property obstructing sidewalk path.
From countryview apartments to countryside lane, caller stated there is a ton of brush and trash under the pine trees near the sidewalk.
Mr. Clayton's sister, Florence called for him. He says that when we do snow removal we push all the snow and sand into his flower bed and that this can be avoided. There's a big pile of sand there now and he wants to know if we'll remove it. Also says we picked up everyone's leaves this year except his.
Ms. Black stated that she had heard the Weddle Bro's were only going to place sod on one side of the sidewalk. She was very concerned with this.
schrubs at these addresses and at the clear morning health store are blocking the sidewalk.

Kids on Pinewood Dr. have a movable basketball goal which they set up on sidewalk or yard and play in the street. They block the street at night and cause problems for drivers.
Large dead evergreen tree full of vines falling into sidewalk from commercial property at or near 109 E. Allen which faces Mrs. Geiger's front yard. (John Hewett will drive by and check 7/18/00).
Alleys bordered by 2nd, Howe, Euclid and Maple very overgrown, scratching caller's car. Sidewalk from 511(?) Euclid south to 2nd has lots of overgrowth: "A handicapped person couldn't get by there."
