Lawn is high.
Weeds are waist high: Turn onto Cherokee Drive, the house on the right, the lot behind the house needs mowed. The PSI sub-station on S. Rogers Street needs mowed. (Thompson factory use to mow this).
HIGH WEEDS NEED TO BE CUT DOWN, AS ITS A PROBLEM DUE TO WILD ANIMALS HANGING IN THEM. AS I SAW A GROUNDHOG COMING IN AND GOING IN THEM. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON ALL SUMMER.
Old furniture and debris on front porch, front lawn is unmowed.
House has junkyard appearance, trash on front porch, old van & green station wagon in yard, neither have current license plate or run., grass unmowed. There are 2 or 3 apartments in house.
Garbage piling up and hypodermic needles have fallen out of bags at the rear of the property. Property is located at the daycare center (directly across from 625 W. Duncan).
Citizen stated that there is a large bush at the corner of Ford and Coolidge making it impossible to see on coming traffic. (Address approx.)
McCammon called in regarding a line of sight problem at S. Rogers & Cherokee Drive. As you are pulling onto S. Rogers Street from Cherokee you can not see vehicles coming south on Rogers due to pine tree limbs.
The bushes at this corner are overgrown and need to be cut back. Turning right is hazardous.
