Mr. Baird reports that J-Max trash service empties the dumpster at 16th and Walnut
improperly and trash is scattered all over the road and in front of his house. Air Quality Travel has the dumpster. Mr. Baird would like to be contacted with status of his complaint since this is an ongoing problem with J-Max.

J-max no longer picks up the trash from the travel agency next to him from the alley. They now roll the dumpster out into the street in front of his house. This morning they lost some of the trash in the street and he found invioces with the travel agency name and address on it.
